Personal Training with Ty is different.
We’ll start with assessing your fitness level, examining health history, exercise habits and nutrition. Once we have a baseline, we’ll get serious about your goals. Every session will have specific  goals, getting progressively harder as you build up. We’ll get you out of your comfort zone, bit by bit.

8 Sessions: $75/session  ($600.00)
16 Sessions: $60/session ($960.00)
