I am an individual and a forever athlete that believes in being the example. I trust that my speed and agility training philosophy is the best of its kind. My program is based on NO gimmicks and the teachings of the proper techniques. My goal is to maximize athletic ability and performance while helping to prevent injury. My philosophy is simple: by getting back to the basics, I lay the foundation for developing and training the complete athlete. Through my personalized and systematic approach I help Athletes achieve their goals. I can identify and correct physical and mechanical limitations that prevent peak athletic performance. I will surely help bridge the gap between an athletes current training, team training, and the competition. I create an atmosphere that promotes hard work while motivating and educating the athlete on what it will take to compete at the next level. My athletes are mentally and physically pushed beyond normal capacity. My style of training effectively brings about a new confidence in athletes taking them to a whole new level of athleticism.

Giving back to the community is an important part of what Cardwell Fitness is all about. I regularly donate kids speed, agility, and conditioning training camp programs every summer. This allows me to get out the message of the importance of exercise and proper eating habits to kids.
